So, you could say Iâve got a pretty good answer when people throw the question of âhow muchâ at me these days.Â
But (like most things in life), youâll only get there with a proven formula.Â
If you canât tell already, Iâm a big fan of SYSTEMS.
If that sounds complicated, don't worry. NOTHING could be easier to understand.
Theyâre those tiny sets of repeated steps you can do that make your whole life easier, and the $6,200 blog post is entirely based on⌠you guessed it, systems.
If you think about it, everything in life is based on some type of system, whether youâre aware of it or not.Â
It's all based on systems, from your health to your relationships to the computer Iâm typing on now.
For instance, if you think youâre gonna hop on a platform like Upwork and magically end up with a $6,200 per hour job without any systems or prior training, then you might wanna get your head checked.
BUT - thatâs not to say that this isnât something you can do over the course of a successful freelance writing career.Â
Heck, thatâs EXACTLY what Iâve done, and in the above video, I show you how you can do it, too.
In fact (and maybe I shouldnât say this!), it isnât all that hard.
I, more or less, had the process down pat after doing it a few hundred times on smaller jobs.

Knowing this stuff prevents you from getting lost and not knowing what to do next when youâre in the middle of a high-paid writing job.
Even if youâre a beginner, the above process shows you precisely âhowâ you create a high-paid piece of content (even if youâre not a good writer!)
TRUSTÂ MEÂ - Iâve been knee-deep in potential work but effectively lost on what to do when first starting out. Sometimes, I wasnât sure if I needed to ask the client a question, do more research, or rewrite the whole darn thing.
Luckily, I developed the above system that I covered in the video to pull myself (and you!) out of this nasty cycle.Â
Think of it like this:Â you probably struggled when you first learned to ride a bike or drive a car. You felt like a fish out of water, and that one wrong turn could end in disaster.
And yet, a few months later, you were probably whizzing through rush hour traffic like itâs nobodyâs business, all while talking on the phone and sipping a big ol' grande latte Frappucino (or whatever theyâre called now).
So, freelancing is really a LOT like that.
